Frequently asked questions...
Your question may be one we're frequently asked - have a look at the following section, your answer might be right here!
Can I book online?
Yes. Our online booking system is now available. You can plan your journey, choosing which journeys and connections suit you best, and make your booking. There are also several choices for how you'd prefer to receive your tickets: we can post them to you, you can collect them personally at key locations, you can print your own e-ticket to take directly to the driver of your coach or you can now choose a text ticket, which has your ticket reference sent to your mobile phone as a text message, and all you have to do is show the reference code to the driver on board the coach.
What do I do if I miss my coach?
If you miss the coach on which you had booked through no fault of Scottish Citylink, and you did not cancel your seat a minimum of 24 hours before the time of departure, then the ticket is no longer valid and is not eligible for a refund or amendment.
